Véronique Duguay-Boucher received her certification as a technician in animal health at Guelph University in 2010, on the Alfred campus in Ontario. During her schooling she received multiple price and mentions for her work. She spent time in an emergency clinic for large and small animal in order to complete one of her stages. During this period, she also had the opportunity to work with exotic animals. Soon after the conclusion of her stages, she started to work at
the Charles River Laboratory in Senneville. Véronique soon realised that she missed working in clinic therefore she applied at the DMV Center in Lachine. She first started to work at the emergency department and then decided to join the surgery department. She now makes a living from her passion for animals.
